Most of my pictures are from a small railway in the North East of England called Tanfield railway. In 2025 it is 300 years old and has great ambitions to celebrate in style. They have produced a short video to help raise awareness and funds in these challenging times and it is available here

I am not asking for funding, though any help would be appreciated, but I would like you all to take a look and see how railways developed from the early 17th century. It is interesting, informative and not very long. Please enjoy and take care. Dave Hewitt
