Default Total shots with a Nikon D60?

Is there a counter for total actuations with a Nikon D60? How many can I expect to get during the life of the camera? Thanks.

Nikon says 50K, but id say you will be able to go much higher. Just depends.

You should be able to find it in the EXIF data.

Take a photo and open it in e.g. Photoshop. Go to the EXIF info, and drill into the advanced properties. The "Image Number" field should be the total number of actuations.

Of course, if your camera is set up for sequential numbering, you should have a pretty good idea already.
