Default Sometimes things go wrong w/night photos

Not bad wrong, but just wrong enough to turn a decent picture into one for a "personal collection." Take for example this one --

I had takeen a few shots of the passing train at roughly five second exposures. But I knew the train was getting close to the end, so I decided to do one last thirty second exposure hoping to get the end of the train and the gates going up.

Turns out that when the shutter opened, the train was about five cars from the end. The gates went up and cars began creeping through. But they were going slow therefore I got a lot of headlight bleed. Not to mention that the train is barely visible.

So sometimes luck just isn't on your side.
