Default What should I do for Overexpose ?

There's nothing you can do about the first one. It's way too overexposed out of the camera. You could probably get the second one to acceptable quality by adjusting the levels in Photoshop, although the color appears to be off -- but I'm not sure if that's a result of the photo, or just representative of the lovely brown haze that seems to settle in over Hong Kong 335 days of the year!

um ... The weather now in HK is really bad , because there are tall buidings anywhere , bad ventilation . But the photos are more than 10 years old , so I am not sure about the weather ... Just sharing these photos here ^^
