Default Foreground Clutter

I submitted this with the full expectation that it could be rejected due to a dark nose or tight cropping (the slide had nothing left to give), but this was the rejection:

I'm am not by any means calling out the photographers, but how is this more cluttered than these similar scenes from the same vantage point?

a) yup, stupid
b) you could appeal and say it is an update of shots accepted in the database that shows how the equipment has now been rearranged
c) and you actually have truck detail!
d) and, yup, its stupid

e) but in the future pay attention to and deal with the pixellation in the sky!

And the rejected shot has the double bonus of the B unit and the rare yellow A unit!
