Default Similar to Previous Photo?

I just had a photo rejected with the reason given as "Similar to Previous Photo."
I have to other photos in the database of Metra F40s from similer angles, but both pictures were of different locomotives, in different locations. I also submited another photo of a different Metra train with an MPI engine taken from this angle and location that was rejected.

So I guess my question is, what makes a photo similer to another? Is a different location and train not enough? Should I appeal?

Thanks for reading.

It could also mean similar to another photographer's photos. I'd say the only thing you could do is appeal. Take care.

I decided against an appeal when I realized the horizon on the reup was even worse then on the origianl (which I realized was pretty good, but the screen thought otherwise). I'm letting this one go, but thanks for the advice

If a person is uploading similar photos on the database, then upload them on different days. Spread them out so when a person is looking at the database they dont see the same 2 or 3 images in a row. Its not that its a bad picture (in some cases it could be) but its just that nobody wants to see the same shots, even if different locomotives, in the same upload. When i say similar photos i mean that you sat at a single location and took pictures of 2 or more different trains. So your seeing the same location just different trains.

thats my advice, its not really out smarting screeners its just taking uploading to a slower pace.
