Default Overexposed

Mohamed:
Nice shot; I can imagine that the lighting conditions were very bright. "Overexposed" can be subjective. I noticed that there are strong, deep blacks in the shot, which suggests to me that the exposure is very close to correct (in a truly overexposed shot, what should be black will be gray). You might want to consider decreasing the contrast slightly (values below 100 in Photoshop Elements, for example); that may accomplish what you want.
Good luck!

It also looks like there may be a bit of motion blur in the left side of the front. Look at the headlight. This may cause you problems as well.

Speed up the shutter.

thanks George and Aaron for replays.
im using software called PICASA in editing my pics and i will try to decrease the contrast as you said.also i found that the shutter speed was lower than the value that i use so i will speed it.
thanks again for the replay and take care.

Hi Mohamed,

Also have a look at the Color/White balance setting your photo as a slight blue green cast to it.

Cheers
