Default Contrast reject... opinions?

This shot was rejected for Bad Contrast. I don't see it. To me, the train stands out from the background, but I'd like some impartial opinions.

Yeah, I'm seeing it now. I've tweaked it and resubmitted.

Been going through some of my old scanned slides, seeing what's worthy. My slide scanner was hit and miss, sorta glad it's dead.
