Heh, that's a really nice shot. I think the colors need to pop a little more. contrast, not seeing it. I think once you add some saturation, just a pinch, the contrast issue should fix itself, even if its there.

not too much there that is black, lack of contrast may be due to the sun angle causing a lack of shadows

Bad color - I don't see... sorry.

Bad contrast - Yeah, maybe just a touch more contrast would be good, but not too much.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll add a bit more contrast and see how it goes.

Nice one Tim, wish I lived there!

Suspect they might be hitting you with the other end of the wedge they're using on me.

Would like to see a little more colour and a touch more on contrast, also one degree to the left (to put the rear of the train more vertical) might help it but that could be nit picking.

While not much of a difference Ccarrana I do see the changes - and to be fair, the shot wasn't really bad to start. I think most people seemed to think it only needed a very minor tweak...if even that.

While the orignal may in all fact have been true-to-life given the amount of dust on the units I do like the accepted image better. It has just a touch more richness but the effect on the eye (on this monitor at least) is noticeable and pleasing.

btw Tim Stevens gets rejections?!? (giving my head a shake...)
