Been awhile for me as well....

Michael Berry currently has 1430 photos in the database. The photos have been viewed a total of 1,955,042 times, for an average of 1,367.16 views per photo.

The closest to that is a photo of a railway that looks like it will not last past 2016, namely the Saranac Lake-Lake Placid portion of the Adionrdack Scenic, currently slated to become a snowmobile trail.

Until this post was revived recently, I didn't know such was on here and after looking thru quite a bit of it, I found it quite interesting and after a week it has died down so I thought I'd help give it another nudge.
Being the rookie here on RP with 16 shots posted over the last 1.5 years,my average (1122 views) shot, ironically, is my very first post/pic on RP. Its an average shot, at a popular or the most easiest place to get a rail side photo of the Chesapeake Western RR.

If you look and see what is "popular" vs what is average on RP, average seems to be the way to go anymore. Links have thrown off the "popular" results and participation has thrown off just about everything else (favorites, comments and even PC's).

Site needs some attention from Admin - but, man, still the absolute best archive on the 'Net.
