forums so dead

Yes, the forums have been unusually quite these past few days. I haven't been as active mainly because of school and all; the SAT's are coming up in a couple months and with a research paper in progress, its hard to find extra time for the internet.

Its pretty weather and the the weekend... everybody is out shooting thier next RP submissions!! Cool weather, soon the leaves will be turning and Kodak will be getting a lot of money (at least from me).

Feel free to spread the word not only about RP but the forums.. word of mouth is the best advertising there is!! The webiste has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few months, mostly in part to all the great photgraphic submissions from our users, and now its time to get the word out about the forums...it doesnt do us any good to have them if folks out there dont know they exist. With that "other site" going down the tubes (IMO), we should be seeing a need for a well run (FREE) place to gather..... Spread the word!!!

What dsappoints me is that there is a big market for a site like this in the UK but noone knows anout us! I don't want to be the only guy uploading from over here but until there is a better selection of UK pictures in the database we will always be seen as an American site. I don't really know what to do about it, I'm concentrating my time on my screening duties at JetPhotos and trying to find time to shoot pictures for myself-I would love to be able to increase the variety of my submissions here but there is only so much I can do and so much time to do it all.

Maybe when I have found time to get my own site updated I will be able to use that to help bring more traffic here

You got that right, I plan on going to the University of Connecticut, Waterbury Campus.
Its required for all seniors in my school to take the SAT's, so I really have no choice. But its a good idea to take them anyways.

Too bad the weather here sucks every Sunday, which is when I go out to the tracks.

I agree totaly. We're already starting to get some color in some areas of E. Tennessee. Kodak got my money already.

This weekends film is going to the lab tomorrow. I shot some of the new Portra 400 UC film and am anixous to see how it comes out. Also shot some new locations.
