Default PSE expert needed for advice on processing

This was hit and I agree with the reason.

Below is the original.

How do I remove the movement to make it look like they were still during the exposure? Obviously using a dropper to sample the background and then using a brush does not work. Help needed.

Hey Carl,

I'm no expert, but have spent a bit of time working with PSE.

Try using the Clone Stamp Tool with about a 6px brush. Sample the sky very near the crew guys and lightly brush out the movement smudges, matching to the surrounding sky as closely as possible. You will probably want to re-sample sky areas as you move around the men.

I also did an Auto Contrast adjustment, went to Adjust Color then Remove Color Cast and clicked on the steam to make it white (and reduce the blue cast on your base image) and also added a tiny bit of Saturation in Adjust Hue/Saturation.

Just my suggestion...any other thoughts from other Forum folks?
