Default Is this leaning?

From looking at it, I don't see it. I put it up against some lines and it looked Ok as well. Maybe someone could shed some light on something I'm not seeing??

I thought the nose of the lead unit might have a slight lean, but with magnification, both units and the buffer car are absolutely level.

They said it's leaning and with the new rejections even told you which way it's leaning. So by their standards it's leaning!

Perfectly level, appeal and say the vertical lines on the cabs are totally level using a grid.

Just to be sure, I sent the image to the US Bureau of Standards for closer inspection. I asked for "RP Level" quality of measurement - y'know - down to atomic level.

Here are the sample images attained through their electron microscope:

They do appear to be perfectly level, however, some of the actual atoms seem to lean right. Not sure how to fix that - some seem to lean left, too. And they are always in motion. I guess you could keep submitting and hope the molecules line up on one of the screenings.

Ordinarily I would say it's not level until Thias says it's level, but this shot sure looks level to me. The copyright looks silly where it is and normally copyright is either 2014 Your Name Here or (C) 2014 Your Name Here. Date first, name second by the symbol or the C needs to go in there. But really your shot is copyrighted the second you press the shutter.

Thank you all for the remarks. They are much appreciated! Joe, I just started putting copyrighted marks on my shots, while its not my original idea, I feel it's a better safeguard for them. (Granted, what actually IS safe nowadays? Thanks for the suggestion though.

Yes but they "get it" when you appeal with that wordage.

All that said I think the image needs some lighting and color adjustments and I am with Joe on that watermark. Lose it.

And I think Dr. L.P. Lowry will agree, the only explanation here is that the screener selected the wrong rejection.

You are correct. I find nothing wrong with the image from a leveling standpoint.
