Good looking shot, but you may want to consider shooting there at a different time of day. That's just a suggestion based on the way the shadows are all to the left hand side in this shot. Either that or try shooting from the other side. It also looks to be a little over exposed.
E3429 hit the nail right on the head there. Another thing to keep in mind is the size of the image. It needs to be at least 800 pixels wide and relatively proportional.
It still appears over exposed. Also looks tilted. But, I think the "fatal" problem with this one is you are on the "wrong" side of the tracks for the sun and there is nothing otherwise special about the composition or subject. Not much you can do to fix that except keep taking pictures!
Also, I would suspect this would be rejected for bad cropping, if there had been nothing else objectionable. I didn't see anything that added interest to the surrounding area (railroad related or otherwise).
