I'd try about 1 degree CCW rotation. As far as compression, resize from your original to 1024xwhatever (proportional resize), and then save with as little compression as possible consistent with keeping the photo under 1mb for upload. If your using Photoshop or Photoshop elements to do your editing and resizing, you should save it as maximum quality.

Thanks,
I am using PSP. I saw I had 20 in the commpression factor. If i recall you would want a lower number?
Heres another attemt at fixing the leval and compression factor, also I noticed when i resized the photo to 1024 I lost the crispness of the 1988 letterling on the nose....

From what I can see, that looks pretty good. I always sharpen both before and after resizing precisely for the reason you mentioned.

"Mo Valley" huh? There's an area east of Los Angeles, give the same nickname...but this time for Moreno Valley. Seems like a nice shot btw...hope you can get it into the data base. Looking forward to catching the trio when it gets to Vegas tomorrow.

The grain elevator looks to be leaning to the right and I would maybe take some off the bottom of the photo.

Level it based on the silos in the background, as they are leaning over a great deal.
