Yeah $1500.00 is a "new level" alright, and for that price it damn well better be "unbeatable"....

I'll stick with my 35mm Nikon and 6mp Pentax. Check my pics below.

Glad to see they've improved shutter life. Didn't even get 10,000 out of my DR. Pathetic.

I just passed 10,000 shutter closes on my 300D and am getting worried. Every once in a while, the camera will simply not turn on or I'll get an Ewrr 99 message.

This is what "encouraged" me to purchase my 20D several months ago. Missed photo due to an Err99 = more frustration than not seeing any trains all day.

It worries me every time I flip the camera on. And this past weekend in Pennsylvania, I got caught by surprise at one point by the train and came this close to missing a steam train passing.
