Default Crop help again

I know most of you would say crop out the post next to the locomotive. So I did was wondering what would you guys do in croping this image Should I leave that tree in or out?

Are you cropping this for your own personal collection? If so, you can crop it any way you'd like.

Looks blurry and very noisy to me or it may be heat distortion.

Im trying to get it into the data base the blurryness maybe due to the up tight crop that i did. and the resizing may have caused that as well. I think im just going to try and stick with sitting trains

the rejected version looks quite bad too. Image quality, blurriness, contrast, all appear to be off.

For the crop, it's too square. I went with a 3:2 ratio on the crop, along with contrast, saturation, and alot of blue added.

(PS, I still don't see it being accepted)
