Default Horseshoe Curve Altoona Help Please

Greetings!

I am planning a trip to the area next week and I am looking for any insights on how to shoot...THE OTHER SIDE of Horse Shoe Curve. I know it is a bit of a hike but I am willing do that.

Any info will be appreciated!

Thank You!

BP

Bob, in case you don't look up into that little grey box in the top right corner. I have sent you a PM in regards to your question. Scratch that...SEE EMAIL!

While I am relatively local to the Curve, there are still some tips I am sure I could use, if not just a refresher. Since this is a discussion forum with many viewers - why not share the info, '2?

An advance welcome to PA, Bob!

It'll be interesting to see your perspective and talent after being released from FL. I've enjoyed your pics from the Sunshine State but remember fondly the photos from Colorado and Nebraska.

You may be persuaded to visit Steamtown this coming Saturday for Steamtown's annual steam powered Ice Harvest run. Double check to make sure steam is still the power before heading out.

I'm sure it's a no brainer, but don't skip the Curve itself - there are many unique views yet to be captured.

/Mitch
