I would appreciate to receive your thoughts / comments concerning the below rejection. How would you improve the cropping and the color to get the photo accepted to the database ?
I agree with Evan and Joseph on the crop but I can see within the deeper dark areas that the black is biased towards blue / purple. Could be oversaturation doing it.

Wow! Another charter! Problem, I'd say the positioning of the person relative to the train which shows no sign of movement, or even being active ie light/ steam. I know you like people in the frame but this might not be the best example? Anyway on some photos where I got that rejection could move things around till ..... freezes over to no avail.
The reworked version seems compliant with the Commandment of Thirds.
Assuming there exists a version of this scene that they would accept, I'd love to see it!
