Help please ! The screener is not happy with the composition of the below picture.

How would you change the cropping so that the photo has a chance to be accepted ?

Works for me..... Maybe they want the train in the bottom third of the frame, but then you would have to awkwardly cut off the milepost.

The only thing I can see it is a little in your face closeup, maybe a few frames back? Don't see much you can do with the one rejected.
But then you are moving subject into middle.

The milepost is already cut off - if you have room above, I would pan up so the near rail is near the bottom right corner of the frame.

Thanks Doug. On the initial photo that I have posted, the base of the milepost was not cut off. I admit that for this one, there was too much dead space at the bottom and was relatively tight at the upper part. This is why I moved everything slightly up for the second submission (and therefore cut off the base of the milepost).
I will try your suggestion and submit again.
