Way back when his yahoogroup postings were the toast of this forum I decided to drop by and see what all the fuss was about. On the page I randomly chose to look at he had indeed commented favorably on a picture on this site. It was one of the winter steam excursions on the Heber Valley Railroad. I don't remember the photographer nor the time frame of the picture but I think the picture had been taken in either 2009 or 2010. Since I only looked at the one page I don't know if there were others to his liking but I do know that there was at least one.

It's going to get real exciting soon on his facebook page when he discovers that his favorite member is now a screener!

Lightbulb Image of Daniel Valentine

Many have recently asked what Daniel Valentine looks like, well we found a picture of him adding to his Facebook page.

I stopped reading a while ago as it was becoming very redundant. Let me guess, he still has issues with poles, high ISO, and a boner for Chase. Very unoriginal but not surprising coming from a guy who consistently mentioned that none of the screeners had degrees in photography. Coming from a guy that cleans bar taps and stocks shelves at the dollar store in Johnstown the word irony comes to mind. Then again, I guess with that life style you can't blame the guy for being miserable.
I didn't know him "then", but nothing has changed, believe me.

Once you've fallen to the dark side, it's hard to come back.

He has a super hardon for Chase today. He "called out" 3 of his shots.

I was going to post a joke about having a new goal in life- to make that page. But seriously, that dude is scary.

Apparently I have been blocked by him. I can only see Troy Snead's post (yes, it is blurry) and one by John Mark Owens. This happened sometime after my post above where I responded to his call outs on some of my photography. I then said I'd join his group if he was man enough to hear other opinions. I guess he answered that question.

Well, now he's even calling out the rejected shots you post on this forum.

Dan must feel very manly. He's calling onut my shots on his little Facebook page, but when I went thre and commented on his posts here, now he's blocked me from seeing what he posts. I'd expect that from an 11 year old girl. Here's Dan in a nutshell. Dan didn't like having his shots here screened by the admins. So he now thinks he has to post what he thinks are subpar shots from RP on his little Facebook page. That's all well and good. Good for him. But he won't stand up and let anyone comment on his own posts. And in some cases, he won't even let folks see what he posts.

And let me add to this: "...and when he sends childish emails portraying himself in a bad light, and those emails get revealed, he cries like a little baby"

Him "calling out" rejected shots takes his obsession to a whole new level...

This would make an interesting "cyber bullying" case. I would love to see the judge's reaction. Troy and others, you should take this to court! It might even make it to the Dr. Phil show. (I have no idea if he called out any of my shots. Does anyone see any? I'm curious).

He has a hard on for Chase again I see. If anything it is funny to read his rants. I have never seen a person get so wound up over someones pictures. I guess he has not discovered "Railroad pictures archive" yet. He would have a field day there, or stroke out.

I'm not being cyber bullied, lol...

Maybe if I was Chase, I might feel that way, but he can speak for himself.

The guy can waste all the time on this he wants. It's a good source of entertainment if nothing else.

That would be logical, but he didn't have a field day there. Instead, he posts to RRPA.

His posts don't bother me. I like reading them occasionally and enjoy seeing the replies they receive, whether from supporters or more of his kind. I'm not sure why he puts so much time into talking about me, but as most things with Dan, I don't analyze it too much.

Yup, looks like Dan closed the group altogether to those who are not members. Too bad, just another example of his character. If someone on the forums had not mentioned his age, I would have mistaken him for a 12 year old.

I keep having this imaginative thoughts in my head of Dan with a comfort blanket wrapped around his neck like a cape with a newspaper crown on his head with a tree branch sword standing on top of the playground set with his younger classmates defending the playground.

...There's chronological age and mental age. He's 50 and 12, respectively. Going through puberty has been tough on him...
