Default Let's see your edit of this......

Ok guys, took this today and when I tried to shrink it down, it lost all of it's detail. lets see what you guys can do with it. Tis not the greatest shot but kinda fun to play with on ps.

That's not what happened here. The photo did start to show up. However, my connection timed out because it was too large of a file to load along with the forums and other pages at the same time.

I tried two hours ago and it wouldn't work, and now it gives a different response, all gibberish, as do all the files on his root folder.

well, it is loading ok over here from a different computer. not sure how to get it to load for everyone else. I will work on that and see if I can get it hosted where we can have some fun with it.

I could view the shot perfectly...

A bit of tinkering in PhotoShop Elements brought me here, (see attachment).

Nice shot - perfect timing!

Good call! At least regarding the original.

I don't know what happened to John Ryan's post but it is full of text gibberish that is part of his post rather than being an attachment or link.

I saw gibberish AND it locked my browser up, resulting in a forced quit.

John's edit was pretty good as far as I could tell.

I bumped up the contrast a bit and played with levels to get a more pronounced effect. I think it pops a little better.

Here's another version...

Images like this don't really work well in B&W so I thought it might be interesting to go with a nostalgic sepia tone.

Excellent work Mitch, I can't wait for the cropped version but I do think it could do with a touch of noise reduction.
