Default Another REJECT

Hi again every one! I just submitted a photo and it got rejected for "Bad Motive" once more. I have one similar to this already in the database, but this on is more rare because it had the Chicago Central and Pacific herald on the other side of it. Should I try for an appeal? Thanks once more!

Interesting equipment. I'd say the only thing there is to do is appeal. Take care. Nick

It might've had a chance if that van wasn't in the background. You can appeal if you'd like, but I'd say it'll stand (and I may be wrong) due to the van.

You could appeal it, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. The glare from the van is distracting and the lighting looks a little harsh.

Thanks, but I don't know what I would say for this type of appeal, I mean I've won appeals before, but not one that was rejected because of bad motive. TIA.

maybe if you cropped out that van, it would have a better chance. Maybe it might get canned because of that shadow thing in the noon hours?

Hey, maybe it would be OK if I just made the van window glare a little more distorted and dimmed the color a bit. Yeah, I thought about the sun thing as well. I just want to say thanks to all of you again because you among others on this site are very helpful to me and you all are helping shape me into a better photographer. The harse lighting comment is pretty true. I think this one would be best kept for your personal collection.
