Default No train - no way !

Among my rejected pictures from yesterday was this one: http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...&key=817388575

I discovered these works a few days ago when passing by and as I just had taken pictures on that spot I thought that this would be a kind of an addition.

Looks bad for a picture where the train is missing.

As the new photo is related to the other two, it might be an idea to link the other photos via the comments (remember *you* know the link but other don't) and then explain via the screeners comments box why you think it should go into the database.

If you intend to take another photo when the work is finished this would also be useful as you could then link before, during and after shots.

Red face

Sure, this was my intention, but as I thought chances tiny getting the picture accepted I wanted keep me that "work" for later - after it would have been accepted.
This kind of "lazyness" may thus not be appreciated by the screeners...
...so I did not amplyfy the chances getting this shot accepted that way !

Sure, as there is a lot more action in there and by chance you may even compare the milepost "10.4" (=kilometers) on the high tension post: it is the same as on the 2 other shots.

Hard to tell from your phrasing whether you noticed, Joe, that it's a different shot, note the orange backhoe arm and the scoop on the dozer, or whatever those things are called.

Sorry Joe, Janusz is right, this is another shot.
But nevertheless I made a last try with a new cropping on the rejected picture, I believe that this shot is not that bad - thus it IS not that filled with action then the accepted one !

Smile Fortunately the thread-title didn't match

I'm satisfied, my thread-title: "No train - no way!" did not match that time.
After I reworked slightly the photo it was accepted:
