Whoa! This thread has hopped the tracks!

Yea, looks like the meals we eat at work on night shift! Since I work a 12 hr. shift at a local power plant meal time is one of the highlights of the night! We only have a staff of three at night so it's easy to make something nice.

When I work grill station on night shift, I have to come up with features. The chicken one is spinach stuffed chicken(spinach, Parmesan, prosciutto, fresh basil, Italian bread crumbs, and a little egg to bind it), pretty simple, just mix the stuffing, pound the chicken flat, then roll it up. The sauce is Alfredo sauce. It's always a good seller.
