Default Need help with a wide shot

Attempt 1: http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...=1002682&key=0
Attempt 2:http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...=1002685&key=0

Any ideas on how to make this acceptable for the 10,000 different screeners?

First version is 1024x524, which is much too wide, compared to tall, for RP. Keep that in mind for the future. Obviously you fixed that in the second version; just letting you know that is something that always applies here.

Second version, the solution is to take several steps to the left. From that position the gap between the engine and crane will be narrowed. I would also position myself so that I was relatively close to the engine, having it more in the foreground and the crate in the background, rather than having them both be far away.

I see no way to make this particular shot acceptable.

Finally, your shots continue to be way too dark. Seriously, you need to fix this, you are not even close. Attached is a quick workover, again by no means the best way to do it but look and see just how much brighter it is than yours.
