Default Caboose PEQ - Suggestions?

First time trying something that wasn't a locomotive. Came back with PEQ. Is rolling stock like this strictly prohibited or do they really not want this caboose on the site?

Suggestions are encouraged. Should I wait a few days/weeks or give up?

Thanks,
Christian B.

If it was an autorack it would have gotten top shot lol.......
But really though I would have hit it with high sun, its not going anywhere so you can get it in better light.

I actually thought it wouldn't get that. It was high sun but there's no real distracting shadows on it.

I was trying to make that sentence sarcastic. Guess I failed. Anyways, I don't see the point in PEQ. Give me another rejection and I'd be happy but PEQ for this?

And I, in turn, was just being silly; I didn't think you really meant it.

As for the PEQ, I can only speculate that this particular screener does not think that not in service, high sun, caboose roster shots belong on RP. You can appeal.

I'd at least take the shot again in more desirable, less harsh light. For a shot which RP considers marginal by its particular criteria, you at least want as attractive an image as possible.

But it can be shot in better light and maybe from a slightly lower angle.

Unfortunately, that probably won't happen. There's a 2 story tall office building behind me in this photo. It would take a wrecking ball to get "perfect" lighting.

Then, as there is no sky in the shot, a bright overcast day may result in nice even light, perfectly suitable for a historical roster shot, in my view. No harsh sun, no excessive contrasts.

This. It's a neat caboose. I'd love to see a good shot of it get in.
