Default dense fog

Does this shot have any hope and is it even appealing to look at? Dense fog created by nearby plant.

I think it is pretty neat but maybe just a little to much fog. Do you have one right as its exiting the fog?

I might like it as an ultra-mood ultra-fog shot if it didn't have the sharp, clear foreground.

Is that a hint? Crop..crop? I thought maybe cropping the mentioned foreground, and the left side to maybe the back of the second CH. Maybe go vertical?

Maybe. I was more just musing aloud. I'm not sure how it will be, given that you have to either crop it way too tight or leave some unfogged areas at the lower corners. Mess around, see what you think. There is LOTS of potential here given the nifty atmospherics and so worthwhile to muck around for a while.

I shot this engine March 5, 2008 running the transcon through Iowa and it was accepted April 7, 2008. Today April 8, 2008 this engine is sitting in the city I live in, Altoona, WI. Thats crazy.
