Default Walking Horse and Eastern Track Rehab

I thought the WH&E was pretty much defunct, but lo and behold I just got an announcement that they have a track rehabilitation project out for bid. It will bid on July 18th and covers miles .5 to 7.1, which is pretty much the whole line. I'll dig around and see what else I can find out.

Yes, that is the 806 referred to in the older post. Still sitting there in Shelbyville doing nothing by all accounts I've seen since.

I was in Shelbyville last weekend, but didn't have a chance to run by the yard. I'll do that here one day soon, it's only 20 miles or so from my house.
