The oldest railroad photos in my collection (that I'll show anyone) were taken in 1979. I'll leave it at that

I pick my spots, some older fellas tend to be stingy and unyeilding, which no one needs.

Kids nowdays... (harrumpph!) Just turned 50... if I get like that, shoot me now! Otherwise I wouldn't be asking for feedback on my shots.

But I do remember GG1's and E44's flying through Princeton Jct., brand new SDP45's on the EL, riding my beloved MU's on the EL, the CNJ F unit cab rides in Bound Brook, Horseshoe Curve campouts and all of the Conrail years.

Smile My age

15. 16 on November 15th. When I was younger and when I just started RP (I was about 13), I got sad when I got a photo rejected. I learned to let the rejections go, and move on. Railpictures has helped me a lot with my photography, and I thank them very much for that. When I started RP, I had a total of two photos in the database. Now as of today, I have 326 in the database. A big thanks to RP.

33 here, although I enjoyed Donna's answer the best. didn't realize there are so many teenage shooters on here. Good to see that the interst in RR photography lives on in the generation of the Xbox and Playstation.
