Question Who does this belong to? What are the reporting remarks?

Saw this locomotive on a siding off West ave near the corner with Rte.33 near a transportation company in Rochester ny. It doesn't give any reporting remarks! Even more puzzling, this is an EMD switcher with a GE logo on it! Weird! Any info at all on this unit is much appreciated!Click image for larger version

Awesome Number & inscription. would've been nice to see it in red, white & blue paint scheme to match it.

Some more info on this locomotive for you, Chuckman. It came up on the Loconotes Yahoo group, and apparently was used at the GE Plastics plant in Selkirk, NY. Been in Rochester for a while, it appears:

"This locomotive has been sitting in Rochester since early February. GATX
> leased a spur off the Rochester & Southern railroad and has been repairing
> it since then. It is currently painted blue with and numbered 911. It
> originally came in with TANX & DLSX reporting marks, when it appeared on the
> scanner it was TANX 911. The most recent change on the unit was a Titan Rail
> sticker."

Info provided by Matt Martin on Loconotes.

No idea!

Anyway, I've heard rumors about this going to AMP in Dansville, and from that same guy I was told this is a SW8! Any confirmation here?

From Larry Quill, a very reliable online source, the GE Switcher left CSX's Goodman st Yard on EB Q390 into Selkirk ny on Tuesday the 18th.
