Can't really tell, haven't calibrated this moniter yet...

Holy good God, I thought my monitor was going to explode when I opened that. I would say start from scratch because the color is the least of your problems. But, since thats not an option, desaturate

Nope, thats pretty dead on.

Matt - yes, you certainly should take the time to calibrate your monitor. The only question I have is if that shot looks good to you then what do the other 200,000+ shots in the database (or for that matter, any picture of anything) look like to you and how could not notice something was off

Definitely desaturate, but more importantly tone down the shadows/highlights need to be toned down severely. The shadow lightening makes the photo look very fake, not to mention grainy.
