Default City of Chester, SC scraps proposed train ordinance (L&C related)

Follow the link. Chester, SC had been considering a train ordinance about trains blocking crossings. Until the CEO of the railroad spoke to the council --

I suppose that's Mr. Gedney's new title. He's been with the L&C since 1990. I'm sure some citizens of Chester read the article diffrently than we did. There's been an anti-L&C bias since Springs left the country.
