Just my experience, but shady-side-of-the-train shots + platform shots = not much chance. Not to say that there haven't been exceptions. But those 2 factors reduce your chances.

Also looks just a bit soft.

Maybe another member can be more optimistic.

In my experience, photos taken from the shady side are rejected except where there has been a large amount of reflection in the windows.

The subject is dead center in the frame which goes against the rule of thirds in photography. I'm not saying rules can't be broken, but in this case it doesn't work.

Nice shot! It could be a tad on the soft/blurry side, but otherwise it appears that RP may have lost on that one.
