Even though it probably is level, they'll never think it is, so I'd go with some CCW.

No, I say the opposite. The engine is clearly on bad track, ignore it. CW until the verticals on the 23 engine are vertical. That will also get the panel verticals on the truck at left to look vertical (even though there is no reason why that truck should be level) and will make the structure in the back right look better (even though judging by the one vertical in the roof framework, it is level low).

and remember to explain it all to the screener
