Default Bad Color rejection

This shot was rejected for "Bad color: Not enough color depth or too much color saturation."
http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...&key=855704808
This was scanned with my Nikon Coolscan V ED from a Kodachrome slide.
The only thing I did to it on CS5 was white balance, resize and Unsharp Mask.
Is this too much or too little on the color saturation? Thanks. Dan Tracy

Needs way more saturation, but also needs lightening and something else to make it pop. I love the subject.

Maybe, some work on the color balance. Very nice shot. I have some Paducah geeps on the work bench right now. This shot just got me motivated to work on them.

The orange looks like copper on my monitor.
