Elements 10 Organizer

Has anyone had trouble with the organizer cataloging images out of order? I have had two sessions where the first half of consecutively numbered images are either moved to the bottom of the list. In some cases, even moved below a session from months prior. Like I said, this has only happened twice so I think its a glitch rather than "I hit a wrong button and everything was re sequenced". Curious if anyone else has had the same issue and what, if anything, I need to do to correct it.
