Night Photography

I need some help with night photos I took a few days ago. The lights in the location give an orange tone to the photos and I'm looking for some advice to improve them. I'm unsure if they are Railpictures quality but I have some friends that are interested in them and would like to make them as good as possible before sharing. I turned two of the images into black and white images to see if that made a difference but need help with the editing. Thanks for the help.

If you're starting off with a raw file, adjust the color temp downward in your raw editor. If you're shooting jpeg, and you have a copy of photoshop, you can try the color cast correction.

Thank you. I tried changing the levels and have a photo that looks like the one below. Is there anything else I can do to improve the photo? Or is it as good as it gets?

The trouble I had was the noise in the background when trying to change the levels so I compensated by changing the Gray colors. I took the photo with ISO 800 so there is a little bit of noise. I removed it by going to Channels and using the surface blur tool. I'm definitely a novice at night photography so any help is appreciated.
