Default Old Thread comparison

I was going through old threads looking for a certain topic tonight (which I found) and stumbled across two threads, both of which are outdated, of the same topic which I found rather intriguing to compare.

The first from December 2002 asked what everyone was using at the time

The second from January 2009:

My how times have changed over a relatively quick 6 year time frame.

Pretty interesting.
Stay out of the train's way and they will stay out of your way.

The most interesting things to me were who posted in the first one that didn't in the second one and also the inroads digital was already making in late 2002/2003.

Rhymes with slice, rice and mice, and probably should be spelled like "Tice."

And that $259 is crazy high. I wonder sometimes about used prices on Amazon for discontinued product - who is selling, who is buying, who is thinking wishfully?

I just sold my 20D for less. A 10D at KEH is $179.

Ah, just found it, D60 at KEH is $139 - $205, depending on condition and included extras.
