Did you ever consider that they had permission from the railroad to do this? Tracks out of service?

A railroad right of way is not some impenetrable barrier which under no circumstances can be crossed...

Uh, The Troy, you realize those ramps are for vehicles to safely drive over a hose, right? . Pretty useless for trains. That is what comical. No one gives a crap whether what permission was needed.

C'mon, Troy! Look at the picture some more. Clearly there is no issue of permission because those ramps are not positioned in any useful way other than the person thinking they would help with a train.
