I know the folks here are from all around, but I figured I'd mention this here, since we're all pretty like-minded in that we like choo-choos. This coming summer and fall I will be having my first solo photographic gallery exhibit - and I'm not talking about a thread here... It will be hosted by the Oliver Jensen Gallery, which is a part of the Valley Railroad and Essex Steam Train in Essex, Connecticut. The exhibit is titled "A Dozen Miles in a Decade" and will feature my photos covering the currently active 12 mile Valley Line as I've photographed it between 2003 and 2013. I'll be hanging about 40 large prints in the gallery (minimum size will be 13x19 prints matted and framed to 18x24).
The opening reception is Friday May 30, 2014 from 5-8pm at the gallery in Essex, and the exhibit runs through October 26, 2014. Here's the announcement postcard the gallery created for the event.
And a brief blurb is on the VRR website:

Hope to see some of you there!
Thanks
