Default If the Clouds weren't there

Took this photo in early April and usually in central Washington the weather in early spring is cloudy and rainy. I've tried getting this photo in three times and each time I have been nabbed for cloudy conditions. Now I was just wondering if I could get this shot in if it was sunny or if this is any hopes for this one to get in. Thanks!

Yes, if you do it in sunny conditions, it, or something like it, gets in, I think. Maybe change the cropping a bit to get the lead off-center.
