I guess the screener didnt like the fact that it was the same train-same location. I'd appeal if anything.

I'm sure they want it (95,000 other photos like that can't be wrong), but not in its current, low quality state.

Did you stress in the appeal that it was sporting the new logo and you were attempting to catch a side shot of the logo on the train? This to me would give them an understanding reason to accept it.

ya, i tried to stress the new logo on it, and that it's the 1st F59 to have that logo, but appeal rejected

The "roster shot" is a tad dark. I think a few adjustments can save it however.

BTW, I got a roster shot of the other side several hours later. Unfortunately for me the sun was ducking behind the clouds at the time. You had much better light.

alright thanks man, i'll try it later. Ya 469 was pretty good lookin loco, i got up and camped at that spot for 2 hours, because i thought it was going to go through around 7:10, but it was 2 hours laters, and went by around 8:45, the sun was perfect

O also, i took another really nice roster shot of it, but it maybe rejected for bad cropping, it's kind of hard to get the whole engine in when it's racing by at 80mph....lol. which one should i submit?

yeah nice looking engine. it came thorugh SLO after the sun had set yesterday, but when it was not dark enough to do any good night photography. ohh well. The shots that you guys took all turned out really nice. I think my favorite is the far away one. the roster one is not bad thought either. seems like it should have been accepted.

I believe they are saying similar because it appears both photos were taken in the same location at different angles. If you want a chance of both getting accepted is probalby best to stagger the dates you upload them for approval.
