Ha ha! Well, first of all, you can simply put the URL link into your post.

On RP, to link to RP shots, there is a preferred way, [PHOTOID=xxxxxx] where the xxxxxx is replaced with the number of the shot, which results in your post having a thumbnail of the shot on which people can click to see the full size version.
