That link is to a shot currently in the queue, and photographers can no longer look at queued photos other than their own.

If it gets rejected, or a similar version has been rejected, post that link and we can help you.

Oh crap sorry. I'll see if I can't fix that. It might not get rejected tonight.

There's no chance of getting that photo accepted.

The front of the locomotive is backlit, and the sky is blown completely out.

Next time get the sun behind you, and I would suggest a different composition, as this version is a bit too low and weak on the left side for me.

Loyd is right, there just isn't enough light on the nose of the locomotive. Sometimes a shot with a rare subject matter can get away with it, but with something more common like an NS Dash 9, the lighting needs to be perfect.

As Loyd said, try to keep the sun to your back and see if you can gain some elevation on the shot. Have fun and keep shooting.

Yeah, just look around as to what gets accepted, and no need to ask the question 20 times in 2 minutes, as generally, someone will answer.

Unfortunately, the shot isn't going to get in.
1. Image is backlit. No sunlight on the nose
2. The sky doesn't look good in the shot.
3. This is a critical rule not only for rail photography, but in general-always shoot with the sun behind you.

Good luck with everything, and keep in mind that RP.net is very pickly. I have been hit many times with rejections. I'm still learning myself.
