Default More bad cropping

My daughter got bad cropping on this.
Cropping is definately not my area of expertise - I'd probably make it worse.
How should I have her crop this.

Thanks,

Mike and Hannah

What, if anything, did you crop from the original file?

Nothing - I think. I'm at work and don't have access to her original file, but I'm pretty sure she just resized it to 1024 x 768.

Ask if she has a l;atre frame when the train has moved away from that pole as well as the bushes by the tracks. Otherwise, I think there's a bit too much sky.

The train is right down the center, Trim some off the bottom and a bit off the right side too.

This is an idea. I took some off the top, more of the bottom and a tad off the right. Drat. For some reason, RP won't letme upload my version.

She tried this view - but it won't go.

I think the bad cropping view was the best of the bunch that she has.
She also has one of me taking a picture of this train - but no one would want to see that!

More importantly, did she snap a frame with the lead loco beyond the pole? It looks like there is plenty of room beyond the pole for the lead loco to fit without any obstructions. This is the reason for the second rejection. Have her work on this when composing a shot before the train arrives. If she doesn't have another frame with the train farther to the right, then it would probably be best to go back and reshoot the scene (similar in composition to the first rejection).

Well done!
Thanks for the help.
Hannah gets pretty excited when one her pics gets on. She is only 12 and is just starting out, and doing way better than her father did when he started at 16.
