Default Not enough nose light for side shot?

Found this kind of interesting, the shot i submitted was more of a side shot showing the train and the locomotives profile and gets rejected for Poor lighting, not enough nose light. It's a good photo i did an appeal, but what do you guys think about the rejection?

I would have accepted it. The light on the nose isn't perfect, but it's generally well lit shot of relatively unusual Amtrak equipment.

Not enough nose light. The cowl is in the dark.
BTW isn't a profile shot from a 90' angle?

Wher'd 'e go? accepted?
