Default BPRR AND WNYP Radio frequencies

What are the frequencies for WNYP (entire system) and BPRR (SIJB stretch and local yard channels). Thanks in advance guys!

Location: I can be found railfanning the abandoned B&O Northern Sub.

WNYP- 160.620. This is for the entire Erie Main. Not sure if they use this for the Buffalo Line or not. It may still be the NS freq.

160.230 Main north of Big Run (SIJB)
160.785 Main south of Big Run
160.290 A&E Sub
161.160 P&S Sub
160.530 switching if not using the coor. road channel.

I've chased the SIJB a few times, and they tend to stay on the road channel when switching at Foster Brook. I have however heard the Bradford local using the A&E road channel for switching.
