Default How to crop this image

With the exception of the foreground, which I plan on getting some elevation to eliminate it on a reshoot would this crop work.

Re shoot it, Lights to flat I think. You have a neat shot but your back to far and the curve is much better on the left. Ask a land owner if you can shot from his land if no roads are over that way.

A crop like this might work (1200x800 aspect ratio), if you want to shoot from the same location:
