There's a saying in the software industry, "Never buy a product whose version number ends in .0"--there are always a flood of bugs when a software vendor releases a major upgrade to a product. The .1, .2, etc. versions always fix those bugs that were not discovered in vendor testing.

If I could afford a 36MP DSLR from Nikon, it would be the one that comes out after the D800.
